Princess Agents
During the Warring Period, a large number of civilians were forced into slavery by the Western Wei. The rich lords throw Chu Qiao and other slaves into a forest, where they become the next animals for them to hunt. Yan Xun, the Prince of Northern Wei, comes to her rescue. After that, she is brought into a powerful Yuwen family and sees their bloody struggle for power. When she sees this, she promises to take her younger sister and run away from the trouble. But she gets the attention of Yuwen Yue, who puts her through strict training while she gets to know Yan Xun. Western Wei unfortunately goes to war, and Yan Xun's family is killed. After what happened, Yan Xun becomes more powerful and cruel to get back the things and people he lost. He doesn't trust Chu Qiao and often takes advantage of her love and loyalty, putting their relationship and the sacrifices he'll have to make for power aside. Chu Qiao eventually breaks up with Yan Xun because she is disappointed in him. She then chooses to fight with Yuwen Yue, which destroys Yan Xun's plans for revenge. She finally gets Yuwen to free the country from slavery, and the people see her as a successful military strategist and female general.
