Spin City

Spin City is a clever sitcom about the inner workings of City Hall in America's largest city. Mike Flaherty is the Deputy Mayor of New York City, where he serves as Mayor Randall Winston's main strategist and handler. Mike leads the city with the help of an unusual team that includes an anxious and nervous press secretary, a chauvinist, obnoxious chief of staff, an impeccably groomed gay activist in charge of minority relations, a sharp and efficient, man-crazy accountant, and an idealistic young speechwriter. They're all capable professionals, but they're all struggling with personal issues, just like Mike.
