The Herculoids

The Herculoids is a Saturday-morning American animated cartoon television series conceived and designed by Alex Toth and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. The program debuted on CBS on September 9, 1967. The Herculoids ran from September6,1968, to September6, 1969. In 1981, eleven additional episodes of Space Stars were produced. Similar to Jonny Quest and Space Ghost, the plots are founded in science fiction and have a similar narrative direction and tone. This series is set on the planet Amzot, which is far away. The name "Amzot" was originally stated in "The Molten Monsters of Moltar" and "Time Creatures" episodes of Space Ghost, respectively.
