Transporter: The Series
Transporter: The Series is a Englishlanguage television series, spun off by the Transporter film series. It's co-produced by the French Atlantique Productions as well as also the Canadian boutique entertainment firm QVF Inc. in association with broadcast partners M6, RTL, The Movie Network, Movie Central and HBO/Cinemax.
The series follows the events and concept of the film trilogy, continuing experiences of Frank Martin, a professional freelance courier driver for hire who will deliver anything, anywhere -- no questions asked -- for the perfect price, and also resides by three"unbreakable" rules, he constantly breaks. Chris Vance takes on the function of Frank out of Jason Statham and is connected by Andrea Osvárt, who plays with the leading female role within the sequence, starring as a former CIA representative and love interest for Frank, who ignites his assignments, and François Berléand, the only coming actor in the movie series, who also reprises his role as Inspector Tarconi.
Twelve episodes were ordered for 2012 with a general funding of $40,000,000, or $30.000.000. The show was released that year on October 11 in France on M6, and on December 6 in Germany on RTL. The premiere was on Super Écran Inch and also HBO Canada on January 4, 2013. The air started on Sony PIX channel on January 2013 in India.
