Three elderly men from the countryside named Chaoying, Shuhe, and Zhanyi get along well and enjoy drinking together. With renewed vigor, Chaoying just sold all of his livestock and began the renovation of his old house, which he had occupied for many years. However, a construction site accident occurred without warning. A automobile ran over Shuhe, who had come to Chaoying's aid in building the house, and fled the scene. The rules of the village say that if the killer can't be found, Chaoying will be responsible for the expensive medical bills. In this instance, he would be unable to afford to build a house of his own. Two elderly rural men, Chaoying and Zhanyi, decided to pursue the hit-and-run motorist in order to protect Chaoying's residence and demand justice for their comrade. They sped over the North China Plain on three-wheeled electric motors. It was destined to be a wacky ride...
