Arena
Arena was a G4/G4techTV TV series about gambling that is competitive that aired from 2002. The format of the program featured teams taking on each games of the full time at the form of a LAN party. Many episodes of the series revolved around a continuing tournament arrangement.
Some video games emphasise episodes, such as Unreal Tournament 2004 and Call of Duty. Teams are given a chance to speak about themselves and also explain these name's origin. Team ZoMBiE won the Tournament of Champions in 2004 to become the Ultimate Arena Champions. Team Kaizen won the Tournament of Champions from 2005 to become the Ultimate Arena Champions.
Both hosts abandoned as a result of conflicts with the app's producer, Jim Downs, of which most were made public by Wheaton, although the series was hosted by Travis Oates and Wil Wheaton. They were substituted Michael Louden and by Lee Reherman. The last hosts were Reherman and Kevin Pereira.
The first two seasons were filmed in studio 2. In 2004, for its shows' third and final season, filming moved into studio 3, that was the studio at the older headquarters of G4. When word of the TechTV buy-out became public, and also the series was going to be cancelled as a result, the series banked a few episodes, then scrapped the set in July 2004 to make way for x play, The screensavers, and Unscrewed with Martin Sargent, three former TechTV properties.
